At SP Fit & Well, I have developed my personal fitness training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients. I want to help you achieve your personal fitness goals and motivate you to make the change you want! I know how intimidating a gym can be, but everyone is treated as an individual, with a warm welcome and according to your abilities, so no pressure & exercises will cater to you!

I have over 20 years experience in different roles in the gym and fitness industry & am a fully qualified, certified & insured Personal trainer & Nutritionist.
I am also an Exercise referral specialist, qualified to train clients with medical conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, diabetes, asthma, COPD, blood pressure issues, lower back pain & the menopause
I also specialise in training Seniors.
I offer Fat loss, muscle building, functional & mobility training, strength & conditioning & sport specific training
